Standard formation: £250*. Complex formation: £500*.
Formation prices include Companies House filing fees. The accounting partner will invoice you directly.
Eligible formation customers will be offered 50% off their first 12 months of Founders Network membership. Membership is optional and renews at the standard annual price after the first year.

Can I join or apply now?
Not yet. We are preparing the services and building the Founders Network. Register your interest and we will email you about the launch of your chosen routes. Registration is free and does not create a membership or application.
Who is Northrise for?
People who care about quality, customer service and doing business properly. From independent dog walkers and local restaurants to specialist services and larger companies, the size of the business is not the defining factor.
Are the discounts already available?
We are approaching potential affiliates and agreeing the initial benefits. We will announce confirmed offers and their conditions as they become available. Registering interest does not give access to discounts at this stage.
Do I need to have a company already?
No. You can register your interest while planning a business, operating as a sole trader or running a limited company. Incorporation would be required before completing a formal Northrise partnership.
When will Northrise launch?
We have not announced a launch date. We are taking the time to put the services and initial benefits in place, and will keep people on the waiting list informed.
How can I become a Network affiliate?
Visit the Network affiliates page to tell us about your business and proposed offer. This is a conversation about the Founders Network, separate from applying for investment or business support.
