Who is responsible?
GUA LTD, trading as Northrise Group, registered in England and Wales, company number 14268450, is responsible for these registrations. Contact hello@northrisegroup.com with questions about your details or this notice.
What we collect
We collect the name, email address, route preferences and optional business information you enter. Affiliate introductions also include your business and the message you send. We record when you register and the privacy and email choices you make. Please do not submit financial documents, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
For the founder waiting list, we use your permission to send launch news and updates about your selected routes. For affiliate enquiries, we use your details to review and respond to the introduction and discuss a possible business relationship. Affiliate enquiries do not subscribe you to general launch emails unless you choose that option.
Registration does not create a paid membership, submit a partnership application or transfer your details to an accounting partner. We do not sell this registration list.
Free Northrise accounts
If you choose to create an account, we store your name, email address, optional business name, selected interests, contact preferences and records of account setup and preference changes. WordPress manages password authentication and sign-in cookies. The account form uses a short-lived security cookie to bind form submissions to your browser and reduce abuse. We use this information to provide and secure the account you request, keep your details current and respond to your instructions.
We send essential messages to set up your password, confirm email changes and process security or privacy requests. Marketing emails are optional and use your consent; creating an account does not require agreeing to marketing. You can change this preference in your account. Turning marketing off also withdraws consent from a matching founder waiting-list entry, without changing a separate affiliate enquiry.
Your free account does not activate paid membership. Online payments are not yet connected, and we do not collect card details through these account forms. When paid services become available, we will explain payment processing and the records needed to display subscriptions, payments and membership access before you purchase.
Storage and access
Registrations are stored in the website’s database and are accessible to authorised Northrise administrators. The site runs on WordPress and Bluehost hosting. Registrations are stored in the WordPress database. Bluehost and enabled site services may process technical request information and keep separate server logs for operation and security. The registration form uses short-lived, hashed network-address identifiers to limit abuse; your raw IP address is not stored in the registration record. We keep a protected email-and-audience fingerprint after deletion to prevent a new public submission from silently restoring withdrawn consent.
Account email delivery
We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to deliver website emails, including account setup, password resets, email-change confirmations and privacy-request messages. Resend processes recipient email addresses, message content and delivery information on our behalf. These essential service messages are separate from optional marketing.
We keep open and click tracking switched off for account emails. Resend stores account data, email metadata and delivery logs in the United States, including when messages are sent from its Ireland region. Its Data Processing Addendum describes its data-processing obligations and safeguards for international transfers.
Your choices
Account holders can update their details and email choices, request a confirmed change of email address and use the password-reset link. The account area also lets you request a copy of your data or request account deletion. We email you to confirm these requests, then review and complete them; clicking a request button does not immediately delete your account. Any information that must be retained will be explained when we respond.
You can withdraw permission for launch emails, ask to correct or remove your details, or request a copy by emailing hello@northrisegroup.com. Withdrawing does not affect messages already sent or a separate affiliate conversation you still want to continue. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
How long we keep your information
We keep account details while your account is in use and review information that is no longer needed. You can request account closure. Security, consent and any legally required commercial records may need to be retained after closure; we will explain this when handling your request.
We use the list to prepare for launch and respond to affiliate introductions. We review it periodically and remove registrations that are no longer needed. You can ask us to remove your registration at any time. If a separate commercial relationship begins, we will explain how the information needed for that relationship is handled.
